1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. How long does delivery take?

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer 100% free standard shipping on all orders within Australia—no minimum spend required.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


5. Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@bondiluxury.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes. You may cancel your order within two hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our return instructions.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
